The minimum order to open a new account is $250.00 wholesale. The minimum re-order for established accounts is $150.00 wholesale.
New Accounts
To open an account, please complete the Registration Form and the Resale Certificate for your state. Completed forms can be faxed to 914-592-1842. Do not e-mail credit card details. Within 1 business day, we'll activate your account and send you confirmation by e-mail.
Invoicing
Your invoice, including tracking information and the suggested retail prices for each item, will be sent to you via e-mail the day the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Shipments
Terms of shipments are F.O.B. Elmsford, New York. Please note: a 2.5% handling charge is added to all invoices. Shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel an order, please e-mail or fax us with your business name, business address, customer number and order number. Orders may be cancelled up to 3 business days before shipment. You will receive a cancellation number as confirmation within one business day.
Refusal
If delivery of an order is refused, our customer care staff will contact you. A 20% restocking fee plus the return freight expense will be assessed unless the refusal was in error and you instruct us to reship. In that case, the freight charge for both shipments will be billed.
Returns
Despite our quality assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit and order processing errors can be made. Please inspect all merchandise carefully. If there are any damages or errors, complete the claim form found in your shipment. E-mail or fax that form to us within 14 days of delivery.Claims will be handled within 3 business days. We will provide you with an authorization number and request pick up by UPS. Merchandise returned without authorization may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will not be credited. If a shipment is damaged in transit, it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the shipment. Therefore, please hold all cartons and packaging materials until you speak with us. For authorized returns, please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit back to our facility. Any product returned with your price stickers or other markings or without its original packaging, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All prices are wholesale and in U.S. Dollars. General Trading Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, General Trading Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by General Trading Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason.
